William T. Rolack is a transformational executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience across Human Resources, Organizational Change, Inclusion, and Operational Excellence. He brings a proven record of driving enterprise-wide change, managing complex business transformations, and aligning people strategy with core business objectives to enable long-term growth and sustainability.
Through strategic design and execution, William has led efforts that scaled organizations, fostered agile talent capabilities, and improved operational efficiency.
Previously, William held senior global roles at Kroll and Workforce Logiq, where he led transformation initiatives across 50+ countries. He spearheaded global cultural integration efforts, change readiness programs, and enterprise talent strategies—managing mergers, organizational redesigns, and workforce planning to ensure business continuity and resilience.
During his tenure as Senior Director at Major League Baseball's Office of the Commissioner, William developed workforce strategy tools and executive dashboards for all 30 teams and two business units, helping club leadership align talent strategy with market demands. At Adecco Group North America, he led global marketplace inclusion strategies impacting more than 8,000 employees in North America and influencing over 40,000 globally and turned a traditional HR cost center into a revenue-generating business unit through solution selling and consulting, driving $60M+ in new business revenue.
As a recognized change leader, at Seramount William has advised over 200 organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to public agencies, on how to navigate transformation through workforce analytics, inclusive leadership, governance, and employee engagement. He has advised firms including Bank of America (Asia), JetBlue, AON, Thermo Fisher, GlaxoSmithKline, AXA, and Chubb, providing C-suite coaching and transformation support.
William has been named Savoy Magazine’s 2023 Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources’s Human Resource Trailblazer of the Year for 2021, and he is listed in the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2021 inaugural list of DE&I influencers. He has received a proclamation from the New York City Council for his work as a mentor and professional coach and for his contributions in the human resources field.
William has been featured in several publications, which include the Black Enterprise Business Report, WMHT’s New York Now, News 12 Long Island, Newsday, The Network Journal, HRO Today, CIO.com, and Long Island Business News. He is a guest diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) lecturer for Howard University School of Business. Additionally, he has also been a guest speaker at conferences and forums, such as The World Diversity Leadership Summit in Prague and Vienna and the Global Women’s Leadership Forum in London. He has also spoken for several organizations such as the Society for Human Resources Management, Columbia University’s School of Business, and the National Urban League.
Currently, he is on the board of Abilities Inc. – The Viscardi Center, which prepares adolescents and adults with all types of disabilities and levels of experience for entry or re-entry into the workforce. William has served as Chairman on the Executive Board of the Urban League of Long Island, president of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), and serves as the Immediate-past National President of the Association.
